The account

To request a consultation you need an account in your name, with your mobile number and email address. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

You can browse the site and look at the services and prices without an account.

Accuracy of the data

You confirm that the data and reports you upload are your child's, and that they are accurate and complete as far as you know. The consultant's opinion is built on them, and any gap or error in them bears directly on how precise that opinion can be.

Prohibited use

The site may not be used for any of the following:

Uploading files that are not the child's the consultation is about, or that you do not have the right to share.
Impersonating another person, or using data that is not yours.
Attempting to reach other patients' accounts or files.
Republishing the doctor's replies, selling them, or using them as an official document.
Any use that breaks Egyptian law.

Payment and currencies

Prices inside Egypt are in Egyptian pounds, paid by card, Fawry, mobile wallet, or InstaPay. Prices from outside Egypt are in US dollars, paid through PayPal.

The currency is set automatically from the country you are visiting from, and you can change it by hand. The dollar price of a service is a price in its own right, not a live conversion of the pound price, and the two amounts may differ.

Fees or exchange-rate differences charged by your bank or your payment provider are outside our control.

Intellectual property

The content of the site, its text, design, and logo, belongs to us. The consultant's reply you receive is meant for you and for your child's case, and you may share it with the treating medical team, but not publish it publicly or use it commercially.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms as the service or the legal requirements change. We publish the date of the last update at the top of the page, and requests submitted before an amendment are governed by the terms in force when they were submitted.
